Contact details you give us when you book or enquire (name, email address, telephone number), and the clinical information gathered during consultations so that we can care for your eyes.

How we use it

To manage your appointments, send you your eye examination report, remind you when a follow-up or a renewal is due, ask how your visit went, and, only with your consent, send you birthday greetings and practice news. You can opt out of reminders and news at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to a reminder SMS, or by contacting us.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information. It is stored securely with our service providers and shared only with people involved in your care or where the law requires it.
